          3月20日，福州长乐国际机场二期扩建工程迎来新进展。福州长乐国际机场新建第二跑道实地验证试飞顺利完成。该跑道正式启用后，福州长乐国际机场将进入双跑道运行。
实地验证试飞是机场新建跑道投入运行前必不可少的关键环节。本次验证试飞由波音787机型执行，目的是对福州长乐国际机场二期扩建工程的飞行程序及配套系统进行全方位的检验。
在近3小时的试飞过程中，试飞机组严格按照民航技术规范，对飞行程序、通信导航监视设备及助航灯光系统等核心设施进行了精确、全面的评估。验证结果显示，福州机场二期扩建工程飞行程序的各项技术指标均符合行业规范要求。
福州长乐国际机场新建第二跑道长3600米、宽45米，等级为4F，可满足空客A380等大型客机起降。正式启用后，福州机场将实现双跑道运行，机场年旅客吞吐能力将大幅提升，进一步支撑区域经济发展。
